I had the Prius in yesterday 27/6/11, getting serviced and was rung in the middle of the day to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. I got caught up with a customer and Matt rang me at 5pm to remind me about picking the car up.
I didn't get there until 5.30pm and both Matt and Clint were still there patiently waiting for me. They were both still smiling and asking how the car was going now the cylinder issue had been fixed on a previous visit.
Being in a service industry I was really impressed with their attitude and willingness to do a little extra to help me out. It’s a long walk home to Lakes!
